When two of Danish music’s biggest profiles join forces for their shared passion for jazz crooner no #1 Nat King Cole’s music, the old classics come to life once again.
The Danish singer Søren Sko has, ever since Sko & Torp debuted in 1989, been an indispensable part of the Danish music scene, centrally positioned as one of the country’s finest singers. The saxophonist Benjamin Koppel has since his first release in 1993 established himself as a world known jazz musician. Together they give their very own warm, honest and compelling take on a series of the songs that Nat King Cole had in his soulful repertoire.
