Payment
you can pay with Visa, Mastercard and Paypal through our Shopify setup. The Shopify Payments use a 3D Secure chechout that is compliant with the PSD2 directive. Refunds can take up to 10 business days and vary between banks.
Delivery
Cowbell uses a variety of couriers depending on the country. In Denmark we use mostly PostNord with a delivery time between 2-7 business days. We will send it as fast as we can but we are a small company and delays may occur due to sickness, vacations and unforeseen obstacles. However we will do our best for you to receive the product, and you can follow your order if you write your e-mail and phone number at the checkout. International delivery can take anywhere from 3 to 30 days depending on the destination.
Complaints and returning products
Contact us if you have received a defective product or if anything is missing.

The handling of returned products will be faster if additional information is attached to the returned product – this is not a requirement – such as a copy of the order confirmation, bank information for which a refund can be made, copy of correspondence etc.
You are entitled to withdraw from a sales agreement without justification within 14 days from the date on which you or who is entitled to receive the package for you acquires the goods into physical possession. Please inform us of your decision to withdraw this agreement in an e-mail to nanna@cowbellmusic.dk and sent the package back to us and we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs but you have to pay for the extra delivery for returning the item. we will withhold the refund until we have received the goods returned no later than 14 days from the date you informed us of the exercise of the withdrawal of the purchase.
